Stone Aspen Signature Builders is a boutique, family-owned, luxury custom home builder with 60+ years experience crafting fine homes along the front range. We choose to stay small. We’re based in Castle Rock, Colorado and serve Castle Rock, Sedalia, Parker, Franktown, Elizabeth, Larkspur, and Monument.

Our projects reflect modern lifestyles and a desire to connect our homeowners to the natural environment. We make extensive use of windows to maximize views and to provide a warm light filled modern space. We strive for simplicity in our custom homes with an emphasis on texture and natural materials.
