3. Certified Engineer walk at frame to insure the structural integrity of the home.

4. Detailed “in-house” inspections to closely scrutinize all phases of your construction including foundations, framing, mechanical & electrical, duct work, insulation, drywall, interior trim, paint and exterior trim, stucco, and stone.

5. Stone Aspen employees a walk through for each and every home to insure 100% completeness in every detail at time of closing. 

6. Perform a zero-defect closing of the project.
