Stone Aspen employs a team approach to all of our projects.  Once construction begins, our building process is interactive.  We understand this is not our home, but yours.  From day one, we provide you with a realistic project schedule, outlining important dates and deadlines.  Depending on your home’s design, a specific team of craftsmen, trade partners, and vendors will be assembled to insure the success of your project.

Construction Services:

1.   Open and clear communication

2.   Set project goals and schedules

3.   Provide a selection coordinator to assist with home owner selections

4.   Handle all payments and accounting of the project in an open-book environment

5.   Hire and build teams of hand-picked trade-partners, vendors and craftsmen

6.   Hold the team accountable for schedule, cost and craftsmanship

7.   Perform quality and craftsmanship inspections

8.   Control all inspections and deal directly with the building department

9.   Maintain a clean, safe and hazard-free construction site

10. Provide on-going communication to the team regarding the status of the project.

11. Perform a zero-defect closing of the project.
