Although we strive for zero defects prior to closing, and quality materials and craftsmanship are used in all of our homes, we are realistic enough to know that items may not perform as intended. When this occurs, we will make the necessary corrections. We encourage our clients to monitor the performance of their home and to keep us informed of any problems when they occur.

Should you determine that you would like an extended warranty; Stone Aspen will work with you and our preferred extended home warranty service provider to assist you in purchasing an extended home warranty. These warranties typically include:

- 2 year systems warranty

- 10 year structural warranty
