We are a 2nd generation family custom home building company with more than 60 years experience crafting fine new homes in Colorado. We are dedicated to addressing 21st century conditions through intelligent architecture, inspiring design and better building practices. We consider ourselves a boutique, luxury custom home builder. We have a true passion for building smaller footprint, comfortable, one-of-a-kind luxury custom homes, on unique building sites, with modern features in the greater Douglas County area including Castle Rock, Sedalia, Parker, Franktown, Elizabeth, Larkspur and Monument, Colorado.
We choose projects that are fun, exciting, innovative, and incorporate great design. We understand that creative design coupled with exceptional craftsmanship comes from the heart. Without great design and craftsmanship, there is no reason for us to build.

Brian is an experienced, innovative, design & construction professional that grew up on residential construction sites, playing on lumber piles and sweeping new homes for allowance.
Brian is a listener and strategic thinker. He has assembled a team of experienced, dedicated, and reliable professionals that are ready to take on a wide-variety of projects for Stone Aspen clients.
Pam Putnam
ACCOUNTING | MANAGER
Pam is an experienced finance, office management and client service professional.
Pam was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 1972, she moved with her husband, David, to Colorado where they raised their two sons in Southeast Aurora. For close to 30 years, Pam worked in Samsonite’s Finance Department. After Samsonite moved to the east coast, Pam joined the family construction business. She is now Stone Aspen’s Office Manager, Client Liaison, and runs the accounting department.
